Construction of a new Truck Wash in Acheson. There will be an interior office area completed with drywall partitions. Antipicated Completion is June 2022.

Baker Hughes to place 8 tanks with a capacity of 550 barrels, and 6 tanks with a capacity of 625 barrels for there chemical operations. Canbian was contracted for construction of concrete slab 12“ thick complete with two mats of 15MM reinforcing, concrete walls to be 3 feet high around the entire perimeter of Tank Farm.

Addition of the Heavy Duty concrete aprons for there mixing bays and soils pad. White Swans Conklin facility is located lust 9kms west of Conklin Alberta in the heart of the oil sands.

The SCS Warehouse Office Building is a purpose-built building for Solution Controls Systems Inc. They do industrial electrical control panels and automation.

Canbian set up the entire project including sourcing out the land purchase, designing and constructing the buildings and site work.  The site is 6 acres with a 22,500 square foot office / warehouse, a 6,000 square foot cold storage f building and a heavily gravelled yard of 4.5 acres.

Pre engineered shop and warehouse. 16,000 sf with two storey 7000 sf office, conventional steel construction.

Single storey shop/warehouse 14,000 sf with two storey, 7000 sf office. Conventional steel construction with insulated metal panel exterior.

Two storey wood framed office, 2500 SF per floor. 30,000 SF pre-engineered shop consisting of an unheated sandblasting bay and a fully ventilated and heated paint/coating bay with a full F-1 high hazard occupancy. Hoisting was accomplished using four travelling bridge cranes, each with a capacity of 10 tons.
