The second of its kind for Jiffy Lube in Edmonton, a six-bay lube shop with the superstructure constructed out of insulated precast panels for the foundation, floor, exterior and roof systems. This allows for the construction schedule to be reduced by months and eliminates any long-term delivery problems encountered by the structural steel scopes during the Pandemic.

The 159-street façade upgrade project includes major renovations to the interior and exterior of an old ESSO gas station site from 50 years ago. Canbian will be turning the site into a commercial plaza becoming home to many businesses such as restaurants and nail salons.
Construction of 3 CRU buildings and 1 wand car wash on a 3 Acre site in SW Edmonton. Foundations on all buildings are screw piles and gradebeam c/w a slab on grade. The 3 CRU’s are conventional structural steel framed with steel stud walls and gypsum board.
The Duke Building is a two story infill commercial building on 109 Street and 74 Avenue in Edmonton. The main floor is 6,500 SF and will accomodate four retail bays. The main entrance is constructed as a two story lobby with access to the 6,000 SF second floor office suites.
Canbian Inc, was the successful contractor to be awarded The Heritage Valley Townhouses & Daycare project. Located on 1.72 Acre site in southwest Edmonton, starting with site development fall of 2020. Continuing onto a 2 storey daycare c/w full basement development 10,022 SF.
Canbian Inc. will be completing 3 new buildings on the Royal Centre Keswick site. Building A will be a 16,387 SF, CRU general retail building. Building B will be the shell building for a 4,960 SF daycare. Building C will be the shell building for a 4,100 SF gas station convenience store.
This project consists of the complete construction of 3 commercial buildings in the Ellerslie Industrial area of Edmonton (19,442ft2 total).
This project consists of a single storey, 11,532ft2 commercial retail building in Edmonton. Foundations are to consist of helical screw piles and concrete grade beams with a concrete slab on grade. The building’s structure is comprised of a structural steel skeleton with a metal roof deck.
Canbian Inc. was the successful contractor to be awarded the Glenridding Commercial project. This project is a two storey commercial building, main floor is 21,317 square feet, second floor is 14,614 square feet.
The quantum project includes major renovations to the interior and exterior of two buildings. The buildings were constructed in 1956 and were destined for demolition to make way for a new commercial project. Covid changed all that and we are certainly glad we didn’t proceed with demolishing the buildings.
