Canbian set up the entire project including sourcing out the land purchase, designing and constructing the buildings and site work.  The site is 6 acres with a 22,500 square foot office / warehouse, a 6,000 square foot cold storage f building and a heavily gravelled yard of 4.5 acres.  The site was quite challenging due to the amount of rubble buried beneath the ground.  We needed to remove 12’-0 of material and recondition the soils and place it back under the warehouse slab to ensure the sub base was adequate.  The office slab was constructed as a structural slab.  Completion is slated for June 2015.
