Construction of a new Truck Wash in Acheson. Foundations consist of CFA piles and grade beam c/w a slab on grade and trench pits. Walls are conventional structural steel beams and columns, enclosed with Insulated metal panels around the exterior.

There will be an EPDM roofing system installed. The interior will be outfitted with wash equipment and cat walks for large trucks. There will be an interior office area completed with drywall partitions. Antipicated Completion is June 2022.
