Renovation of Fresh produce Vegetable display area on the south portion of the grocery store. This additional square footage along with addition of LED lights, have created a pleasurable and comfortable shopping experience.
Canbian was contracted to complete the interior tenant improvements for three “Liquor House” stores varying from 2,765 ft2 to 4,122 ft2 in size. One of the stores is located in Fort Saskatchewan and the other two on the north side of Edmonton.
Cannabis House is an upcoming chain of Recreational Cannabis Dispensaries. We were asked by our clients if we could build 4 locations for their future businesses.
Complete interior renovation of an existing office. This Project was completed in 2 phases. Phase 1 consisted of demolishing an existing adjacent office space. Phase 2 included demolition of select walls to allow for new demountable office partitions.
Interior tenant improvement for a Carl’s Jr. Restaurant. The project is for complete dining room finishes and kitchen installation for the restaurant.
Interior tenant improvement including the construction of offices, lunch room, and bathrooms. All walls and ceilings received a paint finish including the KMS signature blue stripe spanning the perimeter of the space.
Interior tenant Improvement including the demolition of the existing office and mezzanine and re-construction of the new office complete with contemporary style IMT Modular Glazed partitions, polished concrete flooring, and a golf simulator.
