Canbian Inc. will be completing 4 new buildings on the Royal Centre Edgemont site located in northwest Edmonton. Building One will be a 13,920sf CRU general retail building with an outdoor patio restaurant. Building 2 will be a 17,120sf general retail building with a daycare. Building 3 will be the shell building for a 3,700sf gas station convenience store. Building 4 will be a 3,700sf restaurant with drive-in food services.
