Project Description
Canbian Inc. will be completing 3 new buildings on the Royal Centre Aster site located in southeast Edmonton.
Building One will be a 10,500sf CRU general retail building with a daycare yard. Building 2 will be a 2-storey retail/ professional building, the main floor will be 15,750sf, the 2nd floor will be 10,300 sf with over 4,000sf of outdoor patios. Building 3 will be the shell building for a 4,400sf gas station convenience store.
