Interior alterations in an existing general industrial use building. The renovation of 4 change rooms/ washrooms and a lunchroom. All the rooms were demolished and replaced with new flooring, lockers, painting, LED lighting, mechanical work millwork, steel stud framing and washroom fixtures. This project was completed in 2 phases, as the washrooms were located at different areas of the site and they all couldn’t be under construction during the same time. During the duration of construction, 2 washroom trailers were rented and regularly maintained by Canbian Inc.
