Canbian Inc, was the successful contractor to be awarded The Heritage Valley Townhouses & Daycare project.  Located on 1.72 Acre site in southwest Edmonton, starting with site development fall of 2020. Continuing onto a 2 storey daycare c/w full basement development 10,022 SF. 

The building will be comprised of wood structure, sloped roof, standing seam roof, EIFS Stucco, longboard siding, Hardie board, & black aluminum windows.  Complete paving, concrete sidewalks, curbs, retaining walls and landscaping Fall of 2021. Future development of four separate townhouse buildings with 6 to 7 units per building.  Each unit has 3 floors with a total of 2100 square feet and include a double garage on the main floor.  The townhouses will be finished with similar materials as the Daycare, wood structures, sloped and flat roof sections, EIFS Stucco, Hardie board siding, longboard, black PVC windows.
