Canbian has been retained as the General Contractor for this single storey commercial carwash and CRU development totalling 13,300 sqft in Fort Saskatchewan. Construction started on August 1st, 2018 and is anticipated to be completed for March 30th, 2019. Building composition is made up of ICF concrete foundations which support the insulated precast concrete wall panels. The roof structure consists OWSJ’s & metal deck that support the EPDM roof.
