Located at 102 Southfork Drive, Leduc, AB., Canbian was retained to design and construct this 1 storey 13,000 SF CRU building. The main floor has 5 CRU’s and consists of a steel structure supported by concrete grade beams and piles. The exterior finishes include EIFS, Hardie Plank Siding, Storefront Glazing, Concrete Block Veneer, and a EPDM / Standing Seam Prefinished Metal Roof. Completion is estimated for the end of January 2016.
