Canbian Inc. has been involved in the project since the beginning concept stage, working with the Owner and Architect. We have brought in a design build team towards completion of the drawings. The building will be a one storey structural steel frames on piles and gradebeam foundation. All bays will be commercial retail / professional occupancies. The base building electrical system will incorporate the use of solar panels on the roof. Exterior finishes include EIFS, Metal Panels, brick veneer, aluminum windows and EPDM roofing. Building construction is anticipated to be completed in early 2018.
