Canbian signed on to the project at the beginning concept stages and has been involved in both budgetary pricing and design of the new building. The existing 2 storey theatre is being demolished, including asbestos abatement. Once demolition is complete, a geotechnical investigation will need to be completed for final design. The new project is a 2 storey building. Main floor will be commercial / retail bay. The second floor will be office use. Interior tenant improvement for the second floor office will also be done, including all finishes, partitions, washrooms, etc.
