The Jasper Place Square building is designed as a 2-story CRU building with a daycare on the second floor with a rooftop outdoor play area. The foundation is a grade bream system resting on end bearing piles. The Structure of the building consist of steel columns, beams, and joists. The 2nd floor is a 5” concrete slab over metal floor deck. The roof is an EPDM system. Exterior finishes include EIFS, cultured Stone, aluminum doors and glazing system and a wooden trellis. Anticipated completion is first week of July 2019.
