This project consists of the complete construction of seven commercial retail buildings totalling 55,913 ft2, located in on the main entrance and corridor into the heart of Edmonton. The project includes a considerable off-site servicing component which requires suppling separate services for the 5 separate parcels of land. With construction starting in early winter 2022 turnover is slated for summer 2023.
