Construction of 3 CRU buildings and 1 car wash on a 3 Acre site in SW Edmonton. Foundations on all buildings are screw piles and gradebeam c/w a slab on grade.

The 3 CRU’s are conventional structural steel framed with steel stud walls and gypsum board. There will be an EIFS finish to the buildings, with some feature metal panels and store front windows. The car wash will have painted precast walls and galvanized OWSJ. All 4 buildings will have an EPDM roof. Anticipated Completion is June 2021.
