This project consists of the complete construction of 3 commercial buildings in Sherwood Park (58,232ft2). Foundations will consist of concrete piles & gradebeams with a concrete slab on grade. The building’s structures are comprised of a structural steel skeleton with a metal roof deck. Exterior finishes include: Aluminum windows, EIFS, masonry block, metal panels and an EPDM roof. Anticipated completion is scheduled for October 2019.
